Responsibilities
- Follow up on aging accounts receivable
- Analyze and appeal denied claims
- Track recurring denial patterns
- Report on recovery progress
Requirements
- RCM or A/R experience preferred
- Understanding of U.S. payer processes
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong English communication
About the role
This is an on-site position at our Lahore office (Main Indigo Canal, Near LMDC), working the night shift to align with U.S. business hours. You'll support U.S. healthcare providers as part of a growing medical billing and revenue-cycle team, with training, mentorship, and a clear path to grow.
